Minimum Qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in software engineering, with deep expertise in at least one domain (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA)
- Strong technical judgment and experience driving complex features or systems from idea to production
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A coaching mindset and a genuine interest in helping others grow
- A strong sense of ownership, prioritization, and accountability
- Curiosity for AI and the ability to assess where it creates meaningful value
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives or coordinating work across teams
- Experience mentoring engineers and helping teams grow in maturity, quality and collaboration
- Experience guiding architectural decisions and balancing short-term delivery with long-term sustainability
- Hands-on experience with modern engineering practices such as codereviews, testing, and continuous improvement

- Lead and develop one or more cross-functional engineering teams (iOS, Android, Backend, QA) with full people responsibility, including hiring, performance management, and career development
- Drive technical leadership across the team by setting architectural direction, guiding key decisions, and ensuring solutions to be scalable and maintainable
- Actively contribute to the codebase by developing key features and setting engineering standards through hands-on involvement
- Guide technical decisions to ensure scalable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions
- Ensure code quality through reviews, mentoring, and hands-on best practices
- Align team delivery with product goals, ensuringt imely and predictable outcomes
- Partner closely with Product Management and other Engineering Leads to align priorities and architecture, drive outcome and ensure business impact
